Orbforge — Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-03
These terms apply to the Orbforge Discord bot ("the bot") and the Orbforge website (together, "Orbforge"). By using Orbforge, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Orbforge.
Eligibility
Orbforge is intended for players aged 18 and over. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the bot.
Your account and characters
Your Orbforge account is linked to your Discord account. You are responsible for everything done with your characters. Character names must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or impersonate others. We may rename or remove characters that break this rule.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- Use automation, scripts, or self-bots to play the game.
- Exploit bugs or glitches for gain. Please report them to us instead.
- Sell, buy, or trade in-game items, Orbs, Gold, Gems, or characters for real money or anything outside the game.
- Harass other players or disrupt the servers where the bot runs.
We may reset progress, remove items, or suspend access for players who break these rules.
Virtual items and currencies
Gold, Orbs, Gems, items, and characters are virtual. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. You receive a limited license to use them in the game — you do not own them. We may rebalance, change, or remove game content as the game evolves.
Gems and purchases
Gems are an optional premium currency that may be bought with real money. Gems only buy fixed, clearly described items, such as extra character slots, inventory space, and temporary boosts. Gems are sold on the website through Paddle, our merchant of record, which is the seller of each purchase and whose buyer terms also apply (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
Availability
Orbforge is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that game data will never be lost. We may change or discontinue Orbforge at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbforge and its maintainer are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Orbforge.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Orbforge after an update means you accept the new terms.
